So, Easter around here was quiet and fun. Since it was conference weekend we had a relaxing time just sitting on the couch. We did our Easter baskets when we got up, then we made Ebelskivers for breakfast. They're a long time family tradition on conference Sunday and super delicious!

Norah ate them all up!

We had some friends and family over for Easter dinner again this year. It was nice to celebrate with them and have a fun Easter egg hunt with the kids.
The three little hunters. Norah, Jackson, and Drake (and Ben in the background). Aren't they so cute?!!?!?!
Derek was a huge help with Easter dinner (he pretty much made it all) because I was hacking my lungs off while sitting on the couch. I had been feeling not so great and lo and behold, the next day I found out it was bronchitis!!! SO thank you Derek for your helpfulness and skill in the kitchen. You're great!
